May 2017 - Damson Holdings Ltd obtains PD for 20 apartments & Planning for 10

Following successful planning consent for 10 New-build apartments Decorum Council also consented a 20 apartment PD scheme on the site whereby bringing the total number of residential units to be built in this project to 30.

December 2016 - Investre Ltd with JV partners exchange on mixed use Building in Greenford

The total GIA of the 2 properties is approximately 18200 square feet or around 1700 square meters. Needless to say Investre is delighted by the prospect of carrying out this complex & exciting development.

 

16th June 2014 - 21 Hyde Park Square Investre Limited completes on the acquisition of Flat 15.

Investre successfully completed on the purchase of Flat 15 on behalf of it's client 21 Hyde Park Square Investre Ltd. Project commencement in scheduled for August 2014 with approximate completion during January 2015.

Investre has successfully exchanged on the purchase of this 2300 square foot penthouse apartment in a grade II listed white stucco building in one W2's most prestigious addresses. The transaction was of particular note in that the purchase was agreed at 10:00 on the 29th with exchange only 7 hours thereafter.

 

27th February 2014 - Investre agrees sale of 108 Coleherne Court 

Investre has agreed the sale of this 1830 square foot mansion block apartment with a management agreement to develop the property to Investre's exacting specification for the incoming purchasers.

16th January 2014 - 6 Sussex Square Investre Ltd completes on Purchase of 6 Sussex Square London W2

6 Su has today completed on the purchase of 6 Sussex Square limited under its daughter company 6 Sussex Square Investre Limited. The Project consists of a terraced town house measuring 2700 square feet, located on Sussex square London W2. The building was constructed in the mid 1960s & has since not seen any major improvements. Investre Limited expects the renovation to commence during 1st half March 2014 & to be completed by August 2014. 

 

20th December 2013 - Investre exchanges on 108 Coleherne Court London SW7 

Investre successfully exchanged on the purchase of 108 Coleherne Court, having reached agreement in principle only 3 days ago. Completion of the Purchase is scheduled for the 31st of March 2014. The Project consists of a mansion block apartment measuring 1830 square feet, located in South Kensington, London. The property has not seen refurbishment work since the 1980s. Investre Limited expects the renovation work to commence during April 2014 & to complete during August 2014.
