In August 2017 Investre in conjunction with partners exchanged contracts on the purchase of this mixed-use building on behalf of clients. Planning has since been obtained to create 7 residential apartments & 16,000 square feet of open plan, airy & inviting office space.


The building measures approximately 22,000 square feet over ground & 3 upper floors. 


Baker Street & Sherlock Mews

In 2014 Investre, in partnership with investors acquired 96 & 98 Baker Street and 14 Sherlock Mews. The properties measured a total of approximately 18,500 sq.ft. and consisted of retail, office and residential accommodation. 


Planning consent was subsequently obtained from Westminster Council for a change of use of the office floors from B1 to C3 use.

The building was sold in 2016.

Wilko, Epsom

Investre acquired this 45,000 square foot building in conjunction with a number of partners during Q3 2018.

The property benefits from a long term lease to Wilko Retail.

Hemel Hempstead

In Partnership with investors, Investre completed the acquisition of a mixed-use building within the Marlowes in Hemel Hempstead comprising 5 retail units on the ground and first floors as well as 2 floors of office accommodation during Q1 2016. 


Since then planning permission has been obtained for 10 NB apartments to be built on top of the existing building as well as the conversion of the office floors to 20 apartments. The works are due to commence upon completion of the current commercial tenancies.

Dalston Kingsland

In May 2018 Investre in conjunction with partners acquired this mixed use building on behalf of clients at auction.


The building measures approximately 10,000 square feet over ground & 2 upper floors and is located in the up & coming area of Dalston.

Greenford Road, LB Ealing

In joint venture with Partners Investre acquired this 15,000 square foot building which consists 5 apartments & a large Retail unit. Furthermore the building has an empty 1st floor which many years ago served as ancillary space to the retail unit. 

The intention is to improve on the shop layout; bring back to residential use the 1st floor & improve the overall quality of residential units of the building. 

Acton High Street

In July 2017 Investre completed on the purchase of this mixed-use building on behalf of clients.

The building measures approximately 7,000 square feet over ground & 2 upper floors.

Since acquisition Investre has obtained planning for 9 residential units on the upper parts & agreed lease terms for the ground floor retail unit.  Works commenced in early 2019.

Turnham Green Terrace

82 Turnham Green Investre LLP completed the acquisition of a freehold mixed use buidling in the vibrant area of Turnham Green Terrace in Q1 2016. The property comprised a retail unit on the ground & lower ground floors as well as residential accommodation on the upper floors. 

During the period of Investre Management a new commercial tenant was sourced; The residential units were remodelled & extended.

The property was sold during 2018. 

Acton High Street

Investre acquired this leasehold retail investment in Q2 2018 past auction. The property was resold 2 weeks later. 

Cheviot Gardens

Investre completed the acquisition of a semi detached house in Cricklewood during Q2 2017 on behalf of 144 Cheviot Investre LLP. 


The property was then converted into 2 residential apartments; one of which was sold at a record breaking price for the area & the 2nd rented on an AST on equally favourable terms.
