Commercial, Mixed Use & Multi Unit Schemes
The projects below represent our commercial and mixed-use track record across London - from speculative retail assets and office buildings to large-scale residential-led mixed-use schemes. Several have been completed and sold; others remain in our ownership or are currently under active construction.

Drill Hall, Mile End Road
A 30,000 sq. ft. mixed-use conversion comprising seven apartments, a ground-floor coffee shop and open-plan offices. The project was rescued mid-build following main-contractor insolvency and completed entirely in-house by Investre Construction - on programme, without compromise to the design intent. Completed 2024. Winner, BCIA Architectural Design Excellence Award 2025; two further nominations. The Drill Hall is perhaps the clearest demonstration of what in-house delivery capability means in practice: when the project was in crisis, we had the team to take it over and finish it properly.

Thirty-two apartments and nine commercial units across a portfolio of seventeen buildings in Kensington. Currently under construction by Investre Construction. This is our most significant active scheme and represents the full expression of our Prime Central London strategy - assembling a critical mass of assets within a single neighbourhood, managing heritage and planning complexity in-house, and delivering a portfolio that will be greater than the sum of its parts.

A mixed-use scheme comprising a retail unit, a residential apartment and newly built offices. Currently under construction by Investre Construction. Located in one of east London's most active vibrant corridors, the scheme is designed significantly enhance the building.

A mixed-use scheme comprising a ground-floor retail unit and nine apartments above. Completed, retained in ownership and currently income-producing. This asset exemplifies our approach to value-add development - acquiring, building out and holding where the income profile justifies it.

A 47,000 sq. ft. retail building across three floors, currently held as an investment property. A substantial income-producing asset acquired at attractive yield, with asset management and repositioning optionality being assessed.

A 12,000 sq. ft. office building in Hoxton, acquired in 2024 as a cyclical, income producing, investment property. Well located in one of inner east London's most established creative and technology office markets.
