Across more than a decade of activity, Investre has been involved in residential conversions and new-build additions across London, with schemes ranging from five to fifty units. Every project is approached with the same discipline: acquire well, design thoughtfully, build properly, and deliver a finished home that exceeds the expectations of whoever lives in it.

Our residential work is delivered under the Orene Living brand, led by our Creative Director Dr. Samira Bioubakhsh. Samira brings a rare combination of engineering rigour and design instinct to every scheme - considering materials, finishes, layout and light not purely as aesthetic choices but also as structural decisions that determine how a home feels and how well it holds its value over time.

We use a combination of established suppliers and locally sourced, bespoke products. We do not design to a formula. Each scheme responds to its context - its street, its history, its likely occupant - and the result is homes that stand apart in their respective markets.

Our current residential pipeline sits within our Kensington portfolio, where five houses and four apartments are under active construction. These will be delivered to the standard that Orene Living has established across our previous schemes: best in class, fabric-first, carefully detailed, and built to last.
