Shayan is in charge of the day to day operation of the business. Prior to taking on the role of MD Shayan worked as a sale & purchase broker for Clarksons PLC where he served as a board director. During his 11 year shipbroking career Shayan handled in excess of USD 3bn of transactions. He studied Mathematics at the University of London prior to obtaining his post graduate qualification in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Having started his career in the shipping industry, Paul was responsible for all commercial functions of a prominent privately owned shipping company including the origination of upwards of $750M USD worth of debt over a 10 year span. Part shipping man, part entrepreneur, part property man Paul has been involved in many early start-ups from Security to Hospitality.  Leveraging the global perspective bestowed through international shipping, Paul has been very active in global real estate having bought and sold multiple units throughout many and varied jurisdictions from Japan, China and Mongolia to Greece and the UK to name a few. Through his many relationships with prominent families & global banks, Investre Ltd has excellent access to equity & financing which provides an ability to move quickly and secure the most interesting opportunities in Greater London.

Richard joined Investre in 2019 as a development and project manager. 

He is an MRICS chartered surveyor, having trained in commercial property at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and subsequently run his own successful development company for 6 years. 

He has cradle to grave experience in projects across London, with lot sizes up to £5m. This has included some high end residential, mixed use and commercial property. 

Samira is the creative brain of Investre & in charge of the ultimate look and feel of the projects. She obtained her BSc in Chemical Engineering in Tehran follwed by a PhD in civil Engineering from UCL. Samira's family have been involved in property development for over 3 decades.

Saman has over 15 years hands on experience in all aspects of construction and is in charge of Investre's construction projects as well as external projects of Investre Construction Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Investre Limited. Saman studied at UCL where he obtained his M.Sc. in Project and Enterprise Management at The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment as well as a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering and B.Eng. (Hons.) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

After graduating with a degree in accountancy Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has worked in several industries including the property sector. For the past 25 years Simon has been working as Finance Director of a design and build business specialising in commercial property.
