Shayan Keyhan-Rad
Managing Director
Shayan leads investment strategy and operational execution. He spent eleven years as a sale and purchase broker at Braemar Seascape PLC and Clarksons PLC, serving as a board director, where he handled in excess of $3bn of transactions - experience that gave him deep fluency in counterparty negotiation, risk assessment and capital markets. Shayan read Mathematics at the University of London and holds a postgraduate qualification in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. At Investre, he oversees deal origination and the structuring of acquisitions to maximise asset performance.
Dr. Samira Bioubakhsh
Creative Director, Orene Living
Samira leads the design vision for all Investre projects and heads our residential brand, Orene Living. Her instinct for materials, layout and market positioning ensures our schemes achieve premiums that justify the complexity of prime central London development. Samira holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Civil Engineering from UCL. Her family have been active in property development for over three decades, giving her a practitioner's eye that sits alongside her academic rigour. On every project, Samira translates planning constraints and heritage requirements into finished spaces that command attention and hold value.
Saman Dallali
Managing Director, Investre Construction Limited
Saman runs Investre Construction Limited, Investre's wholly owned delivery arm, and has over fifteen years of hands-on experience across all aspects of construction. His direct control of programme, cost and quality is one of the most material competitive advantages we bring to co-investment partners. Saman holds an MSc in Project and Enterprise Management from UCL's Bartlett Faculty, a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, also from UCL.
Simon Kendall
Finance Director
Simon leads financial management, reporting and governance across the Investre group. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he spent twenty-five years as Finance Director of a design and build business specialising in commercial property — experience that gives him a granular understanding of development cost structures, cash flow management and the disciplines that protect investor returns. Simon's role is to ensure that every co-investment partner has complete financial transparency throughout the life of a project.
Negar Ghaffari
Head of Client Reporting
Negar leads client and investor reporting across the Investre group, owning the monthly reporting cycle, group consolidation, and the cost and work-in-progress monitoring that underpins development accounting. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), she brings over fifteen years in financial reporting, compliance and advisory — most recently as Corporate Client Director at WSM Advisors, a top-100 UK practice, where she led a portfolio of clients across property, consultancy, retail and service businesses. Her background spans statutory and management accounts, corporation tax and VAT, variance analysis, and the disciplines of UK GAAP and IFRS. At Investre, her focus is the consistency and accuracy of partner reporting — ensuring every co-investment partner receives clear, dependable figures, reported the same way month after month.
Paul Gripari
Non-Executive Director
Paul brings to the Investre board extensive experience in international capital markets, debt origination and global real estate. During a twenty-year senior commercial career at a prominent privately owned shipping company, he originated in excess of $750m of debt and cultivated relationships with global banking institutions across multiple jurisdictions. He has been an active real estate investor in his own right, acquiring and disposing of assets across Japan, China, Mongolia, Greece and the UK. Through his longstanding relationships with institutional lenders and private capital, Paul provides the board with access to a broad financing and equity network. He serves in a non-executive capacity, contributing strategic oversight and capital introductions.
Neil Sinclair
Non-Executive Director
Neil brings over three decades of real estate investment, governance and capital markets experience to the Investre board. His career includes executive and non-executive directorships across multiple listed and private property companies, including Sinclair Goldsmith Holdings plc and Palace Capital plc, where he led three IPOs, significant fundraising rounds and major M&A activity. Neil was an early proponent of value-add regional portfolio investment following the Global Financial Crisis. He has a deep understanding of regulatory and governance requirements and an extensive network spanning institutional investors, brokers, analysts and banking. His involvement provides partners with board-level oversight and the assurance of institutional-grade governance.
