With a strong foundation in high-quality execution, we also offer our services to select third-party clients in prime central London, applying the same standards we set for our own projects. Our focus is on delivering exceptional results — quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. We understand the critical importance of time and budget constraints, and we routinely implement value-engineered solutions that reduce programme durations and enhance return on investment. Notably, our project The Drill Hall was shortlisted for the Architects' Journal Project of the Year (under £75m) in 2024 and the Construction Industry Awards in 2025.
