Neil Sinclair

Non Executive Director 

Neil has spent his career in Real Estate as Executive and Non-Executive Director, successful investor and business adviser. His experience includes start-up, growth and development/sale of property investment companies, including Sinclair Goldsmith Holdings plc and more recently Palace Capital plc.

He has led M&A transactions, three IPOs, significant fundraising, and has extensive understanding of regulatory and governance matters as well as commercial strategy, operational requirements and impact of external factors.

He was one of the early proponents of regional portfolio investment & development after the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) and has led major real estate initiatives outside London, most recently Hudson Quarter in York city centre, an over 160,000 sqft mixed-use development. Other projects include areas such as Leeds, Harlow, Liverpool, Leamington Spa, Greater Manchester, Newcastle, Southampton and Bristol, working across commercial, retail and leisure assets. He has seen a multitude of changes in the industry and navigated numerous external and economic challenges successfully.

In addition to his professional career, Neil has had a longstanding association with Variety the Children’s Charity including co-founding “The PROPS” an annual real estate awards luncheon that has raised over £11m to purchase wheelchairs for disabled children.

Neil has an extensive network with strong relationships across media, client institutions, colleagues, brokers, analysts, banking, professional advisers and charitable sectors.
